Hotel Information: Blending Caribbean and Italian Renaissance design, the resort attracts young couples seeking both rest and relaxation and lively group activities. (Guests must be adult couples at least 18 years of age.)
Amenity highlights: A 411-meter (1,350-foot) beach features thatched shades, hammocks, and a massage cabana. Sprawling some 91 meter (300 feet) around a rock-garden waterfall, the resort's main pool features a 40-seat swim-up bar. A lagoon-style pool with swim-up bar surrounded by a wood sundeck encircles a two-story open-air pavilion sheltering a piano bar that opens nightly for singalong. Adjacent to each pool, a spa tub accommodates 30 guests.
Insider tip: For surcharges, guests can arrange a candlelight dinner for two, complete with personal butler, roses, and champagne, at an isolated spot on the beach or in an ocean-view gazebo.

The resort offers 250 guestrooms and suites in two buildings of six and five stories and two buildings of two stories--all yellow. Rooms and suites' decor features pastel walls, white ceilings and crown molding, and bright floral fabrics. Televisions offer U.S. TV channels. All rooms have refrigerators stocked with water, soda, and juices (Concierge and Suite categories also have alcohol) and offer evening turndown service.
